– 1 cup Foxtail Millet
– ½ cup Split Urad Dal
– ¼ tsp Fenugreek Seeds
– Water as needed
– 1 cup Little Millet
– ½ cup Split Urad Dal
– ¼ cup Poha (Flattened Rice)
– Salt to taste
⏱ Soak millet & dal for 4–6 hours.
🌿 Add poha for softness (idli batter).
🔹 Grind soaked millet & dal to a smooth batter. 🔹 Add water as needed.
🌡 Keep the batter in a warm place for 8–10 hours. ⏱ Fermentation gives flavor & softness.
